Returns & Exchanges
All orders placed will have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee provided that the merchandise is in new condition with the original packing. Any related instructions and/or documentation that came with the item must also be in new condition so that it can be resold. Please note that personalized items and custom orders are not returnable. A 10% restocking fee will be applied against your refund on all accessories. Wine coolers that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%
How to initiate a product return
Please contact us at 1-855-885-8585 and we’d be happy to assist. Please ensure that you have your receipt ready to expedite the return process. We can only accept returns and issue refunds on products purchased directly from Marlowe Wine Store Inc.
It may take up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser of the item(s) and shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.
Damages & Replacements
Upon receiving your delivered item (s), please inspect it as soon as possible. A damaged item must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. A damage claim reported afterwards unfortunately will not be honored. If you incurred damage to your order a replacement will be sent out at no additional cost upon receipt of the original order.
Some items may be shipped directly from our partner manufacturers. If your order is delivered by one of our partner manufacturers and is cancelled after 48 Hours, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Shipping will only be refunded if the item was defective, damaged or if an incorrect item was sent. Personalized items if made incorrectly would also fall into this category therefore it is imperative to verify all design files in advance of sending them to our creative department. Items returned not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be subject to the refund, less shipping charges for the original order as well as for the return order.
Pricing and Availability
Marlowe Wine Store Inc. at times may incur supply chain issues that are beyond our control. Availability of items can be subject to change without notice, but rest assured we will do our best to accommodate. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed if the availability of certain items has changed. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if it is deemed that a mistake has been made on the advertised pricing of items. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order based on a pricing error or availability, we will notify you in writing within two business days.
The English language version of this Agreement shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any. Any other language versions of this Agreement are provided for convenience only. In the event of conflict between the two versions, the English version will prevail.
